Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

• The product is defective, damaged (in case of electronic not working), or significantly different from the description.
• The return request is initiated within 24 hour of delivery (The day parcel is delivered).
• The item must be unused, with its original packaging and delivered condition.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are excluded from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

• Decomposable  goods, such as food or flowers.
• Customized products or digital downloads.
• Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
• If the request is submitted on customer service team after the parcel’s delivery day.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@esahulatmart.pk or via WhatsApp at +923133764614 with details of your request, including the order number and reason for return within 24 hour of delivery (The day parcel is delivered).
2. Share clear photos and videos (must) of the product to help us better understand the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
4. If applicable, we will continue the return process for the product.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited back to the customer withing 24-72 Hour according to the return method he choose and shared to support team.
• Customers will be notified via Email or WhatsApp once the refund has been successfully processed.
