At E-Sahulat Mart, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and hassle-free manner. This delivery Policy covers the delivery process, delivery timelines, and delivery charges for your convenience.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 hours (business day) of receiving your order.
- Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods
- We offer multiple delivery services, including Leopards and Trax Courier, to meet your needs.
- The delivery provider for each order will depend on the delivery location and the chosen delivery method.
3. Delivery Charges
- delivery charges may vary for all products on store (E-Sahulat Mart) depending on some factors like weight and product price etc.
- 1- With a price of less than 2000/- PKR enjoys a fixed rate of just 199/- PKR.
- 2- With a price of more than 2000/- PKR enjoys a fixed rate of just 249/- PKR.
- For some items, by using special coupons, and by availing special offers provided such as to shop more than a specific value you can also enjoy special discounts in delivery and even free delivery.
4. Delivery Time
- Typically 2-5 business days within Pakistan, depending on the delivery location.
- For some distant and remote places the delivery time can extend to 7 days.
- During harsh weather conditions and during national holidays or political tensions the delivery time may vary.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is delivered, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS or Whatsapp to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- You can use this tracking number on the delivery provider’s website to get real-time updates.
6. International delivery
- Currently, E-Sahulat Mart ships only within Pakistan. International delivery is not yet available.
7. Order Issues
- If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team at +923133764614 or email us at support@esahulatmart.pk
- We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging. You can also share media (photos/videos) via WhatsApp at +923133764614 for further clarification.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
9. Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to restricted zones.
10. Address Issues
- Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. E-Sahulat Mart is not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
